NZ schoolboy Te Aute's blinding speed

Remember the name Isaac Te Aute – the Rotorua Boys High School fullback will be lighting up the fields of the Super XV (or the NRL, if clubs get a look at this footage) before too long.

Boasting extraordinary speed and footwork, captain Te Aute was a class above in RBHS’s pulsating 36-27 win over Scots College in New Zealand’s National Top 4 final.

Then Te Aute produced a mind-blowing 70-metre solo try from a kick-return:

Te Aute wasn’t finished, carving through for a crucial second-half touchdown:

The similarities Warriors-bound superstar Roger Tuivasa-Sheck – a former schoolboy union star himself – are uncanny, and it won’t be too long before Te Aute is thrilling crowds on the same scale.
