EX-SPRINGBOK SCORES STUNNING SOLO TRY FOR GRENOBLE

Grenoble fullback Gio Aplon, a veteran of 17 Tests for South Africa, has scored one of the most scintillating solo tries you could hope see in the world of rugby, tearing apart the La Rochelle defence in a recent Top 14 showdown.

Aplon took a high ball 10 metres inside his own half, before embarking on an incredible run to the try-line, leaving La Rochelle opponents clutching at air.

Former Stormers flyer Aplon last represented the Springboks in 2012, and joined Grenoble in 2014.
