Gower grabs new deal

After a four-year stint with French Rugby Union side Aviron Bayonnais, Craig Gower has signed a new contact that will see him at the London Broncos until the end of 2014.

 

Gower played 238 games with the NRL’s Penrith Panthers, and was the captain of as his team beat the Sydney Rooster in the 2003 NRL grand final.  In 2008 he moved to France and played 74 games with the Bayonnais. Craig is a dual code international, representing Australia in Rugby League, and Italy in Rugby Union (13 caps).
