They say you should train the way you intend to play – and if that’s the case, the Sydney Roosters forwards are in for a world of hurt this weekend.

Brisbane Broncos captain Corey Parker absolutely pole-axed front-rower Jarrod Wallace on the club’s Red Hill training paddock, much to the delight of their hooting teammates.

The 34-year-old Parker will hang up his boots at the end of 2016, while the improving Wallace, 25, has been snapped up by the Gold Coast Titans for next season.
