Bob Hawke was Prime Minister, World Expo lit up Brisbane’s South Bank, Home and Away launched on Aussie TV, and Duncan Armstrong and Debbie Flintoff-King won gold at the Seoul Olympics.
But for Broncos fans, 1988 is remembered for only one thing – the year the Club burst into life with a 44-10 win over defending premiers Manly at Lang Park on March 6.
Paying homage to those original Brisbane Broncos, the 30 year jersey puts a modern twist on an old favourite.
Developed with ISC to look as close to the original as possible while featuring the performance details currently expected in the modern game.
The jersey features all iterations of Broncos logos on the sleeves and a classic maroon numbering box on the back.
Available for pre-sale at shop.broncos.com.au with orders to be express posted on or before 20 December 2017.
