Broncos Re-Sign Gillett and Reed

The Brisbane Broncos have re-signed utility forward Matt Gillett and outside back Jack Reed to multi-year contracts.

Gillett, 24, signed off on a three-year deal that will keep him at the Broncos until the end of 2016, and Reed, who is also 24, received a four-year deal that lasts until the end of the 2017 season.

Former NRL Rookie of the Year, Matt Gillett, has come a long way in the last few seasons scoring 26 tries in 68 NRL matches, plus three appearances for the Maroons.

Jack has 20 tries in 54 NRL games, five representative games for England, and one cap for the NRL All Stars.

Brisbane are currently sitting 7th after their 32-12 victory over the Titans last weekend. The Broncos have a tough week of training ahead as they prepare to face their North Queensland rivals, The Cowboys, at Suncorp Stadium (7:35pm AEST).
