Bulldogs Skipper Out

There is more bad news for the Western Bulldogs as Skipper Matthew Boyd has been ruled out of their first round clash with the potential to miss another two weeks.

This compounds the Bulldogs woes, with Adam Cooney also in doubt for round one have further problems with his knee.

The Skipper suffered calf soreness after a practice match with Richmond 9-days ago.

Scans on Monday revealed he had a calf strain.
