Jarryd Hayne has all but sealed his place on the San Francisco 49ers’ 53-man NFL roster for the 2016/17 season after another sensational pre-season showing against the Dallas Cowboys.
Firstly, Hayne delivered a 27-yard punt return after taking an outstanding overhead catch.
He backed that up with a scorching 34-yard punt return later in the first half, beating defenders and exploding into open space.
Capping a magnificent game, Hayne produced a 34-yard rush, featuring a whip-crack of a fend and blinding speed.

Hayne’s stats for the day read eight carries for 54 yards and three punt returns for 84 yards.
