After weeks and weeks of speculation, the LA Rams finally have made a change at quarterback.

Case Keenum has been displaced as the starter, after being abysmal in the last few weeks in the hot-seat. The Rams only managed nine points on Sunday, but still firmly sit in the playoff race at 4-5. Jared Goff will take over this weekend.

The news is surprising after Jeff Fisher plainly avoided the topic on Sunday yet again, sparking more conversation about whether a change would happen at all.

The excitement is mounting for Goff, who was the No.1 overall pick in the draft, and is the last of the top rookies from the draft yet to play.

He performed poorly in the preseason, but for all the Rams gave up to get him, now is as good a time as any to see what he’s got.
