Who takes the last playoff ticket in the West?

With only two games left in the regular season, the Oklahoma Thunder and New Orleans Pelicans are tied for the eighth and last playoff spot in the Western Conference at 43-37. They both play the Wolves in Minnesota and have one more home game against a strong opponent.

The Thunder host the Trailblazers on Tuesday (10:00am AEST) and will be withWestbrook, who was meant to be suspended for one game after getting his 16th technical foul of the season, however the league has since rescinded the technical. They finish their regular season on Thursday (10:00am AEST) against the Wolves in Minnesota.

The Pelicans play the same Timberwolves in Minnesota on Tuesday (10:00am AEST) and host the Spurs on Thursday (10:00am AEST). New Orleans hold the tiebreaker, meaning that they will take that last playoff ticket if both teams are still tied at the end of the regular season.
