Pacers sparked by return of PG-13

Paul George made his return on the court against the Miami Heat on Sunday, a little more than eight months after breaking his leg in a friendly with Team USA while preparing for the Olympics.

George’s return sparked the Pacers to beat Miami 112-89. He contributed with 13 points (3-of-6 from deep), 2 assists and 2 steals in almost 15 minutes of play.

Indiana is still in the hunt for a playoff spot, and having George back is a huge boost for a team that is struggling to score. They are now tied with the Heat at 35-43, one game behind eighth seed Boston, and with last night’s win, they hold a potential head-to-head tiebreaker with the Heat.
