Julius Randle's monster reverse dunk

The Lakers took a 120-109 beating from the Nuggets on Tuesday night, but LA’s Julius Randle slammed his way onto the highlights reel with a monster reverse dunk in the third quarter.

Spinning baseline past Denver’s Kenneth Faried, the 6 ft 9 in 20-year-old threw down one of the most impressive dunks of the NBA’s opening week.

The former Kentucky Wildcats star was the 7th pick overall in the 2014 draft but played only one game for the Lakers last season after breaking his leg 14 minutes into his debut.

The strapping power forward appears set to play a far bigger role in Los Angeles’ campaign this year.
