BUCKS STITCH UP GIANNIS FOR 4 MORE YEARS

The Milwaukee Bucks took a major step toward cementing their future by announcing an extension to forward Giannis Antetokounmpo’s contract, to the tune of four years and $100 million.

It was a stern statement from the Bucks, who feature a massive amount of young talent and see Giannis as the leader of that group. They’ve tried the big guy out at point guard last season with great success, and intend to utilise him there much more often.

Giannis has been a nightly highlight for the Bucks, and had the team worried about a potential free agency bid next summer. But with this signing, he and the team both sent a loud message about their belief going forward, and their plans for the future.
